Samasami claimed that more than 86 million barrels of the country's oil have been placed in the hands of Hossein Aghayari on credit without a contract; a figure who is referred to as one of the largest brokers and oil trusts in Iran.
Uncertain Fate of 56 Million Barrels of Oil
According to this parliament member, out of the total 86 million barrels, only 30 million barrels have been transferred to final buyers, and the fate of more than 56 million barrels of oil remains unclear. This issue has raised serious concerns about the transparency and management of the country's oil resources.
Samasami also spoke of several billion dollars of public funds being stalled as a result of this project and emphasized that in the context of an all-out economic war, such occurrences cannot be overlooked in the vital and currency arteries of the country. He has called for accountability from the supervisory officials of the Ministry of Oil, the Minister of Oil, and the CEO of the National Oil Company regarding the manner of this transfer and the fate of the oil and the financial resources derived from it.

These statements by Samasami reflect deep concerns regarding the management and oversight of the country's oil resources.
