Shaun the Sheep, the beloved and popular animation hero, will soon hit theaters with a new film titled Moses' Swamp Paradise. This work from Aardman Studios tells a scary and captivating story about farmers with pitchforks and a monster with stiff orange hair; a story where fear and comedy are astonishingly combined.
From the Real World to the Magical World
In the Aardman studio located in the industrial area of Aztec West in Bristol, around 300 artists and animators are passionately working on this major project. The atmosphere of this studio, while appearing industrial, miraculously returns to a beautiful rural world. Here, a small farm with plastic sheep and picturesque landscapes is depicted. But this beautiful image is only two feet tall!
This film is in production as of January 2026, and each of the 30 animators is creating about two seconds of film per day. This means they are working at full capacity and continuing to create the amazing world of Shaun the Sheep every day.
Shaun's Scary World
In this story, Shaun and his friends face new and dangerous challenges. With the emergence of a monster and a rebellion of the villagers, viewers are thrown into an exciting and terrifying adventure. This unusual combination of comedy and horror challenges the audience and forces them to confront new fears alongside Shaun.
